We are the Guytons! Brad, Allison, Tyler and Ava.

This is our story.

We have always loved the Colorado mountains, but never envisioned becoming venue owners. Brad and Allison had actually driven by what is now Guyton Ranch when they were first married, and thought it was really beautiful, but really far away. Something about that sun-soaked valley and the mountains engulfing the horizon kept calling to them. It was too beautiful a space to ignore, and not nearly as far away from the city life as Allison remembered.

Then, in 2011, after Brad had a major heart blockage that was terrifying for our little family, we started to rethink our future. When Brad miraculously survived, we decided to create a legacy wedding venue property for our family. When we stumbled upon the ranch again, it had been sitting vacant for 4-years, but was still just as beautiful and magical as they remembered, and only an hour from Denver.

Brad and his dad got to work right away renovating the ranch every weekend, with Allison managing the branding and design. It was 5-years of weekends spent tearing down old dilapidated buildings, digging holes, installing plumbing, and bringing the beautiful property back to life until officially opening in 2020.

We are truly so honored people want to share their day out here and it’s so rewarding to see families celebrate together.
